We had to design some sort of alien creature for my SciFi/Illustration class, and, seeing how I've had therapods on the brain, I designed an evolved and impeccably-dressed deinonychus.
I love that the Captain is quite agog about the whole situation but, at the same time, is quite impressed with the raptor's courtesies.
SHoomy!! This is wonderful! I love the magnifiscent yet not-overdone backgrounds and the beautiful costume. The amount of research you must have done for them (And the hair styles) makes my face hurt. x.x; Your coloring is also simple, but just enough to make everyone jealous going WTF I spent 198 hours on my coloring and hers STILL looks better! This is really good and deserving of lots of attention. ^-^ +fav

Hahaha wonderful job. Pirates of the Caribbean meets Jurassic Park!
Or rather, a more classy dinosaur-inhabited island. I do seem to recall that when a flock of hoppies came to greet one of the visitors that landed on that deserted island, they did eat her brains out. It wasn't a very polite gesture and didn't go over well with her parents.
I absolutely love your rich colors and shading. Leaving the sketches in really gives a nice touch to it too.
Great job with the dinosaur, he's quite the charmer.
