A character design influenced by Papua New Guinean aesthetics- awesome head dresses, gorgeous face paint, and lots of piercings that easily translate into horns. Really fun assignment all around, and I'm too exhausted and distracted right now to write out a more elaborate description.

Mmm... those horns look delicious. And, the assingment sounds like a fun one. I hope you get good marks for it.
Lovin' the bold, overall shapes you used. He kinda reminds me of a totem with all those big shapes in him, with the smaller trinkets. (which I dunno if that is what you were going for) Those puffy pants are awesome, too.

Those costumes are great for scaring small children. There was a traditional performance put on in the field near our house in Arawa, and 19 years on I STILLL carry the scars.
