I've been playing around with the idea of monster-inspired 19th century fashion as of late, so I thought I'd tighten up a few of the concepts and finish them up as fashion plates; I wanted to kick out some new pieces for Steamcon anyway, so the timing is perfect.

The werewolf was the first design I came up with- kinda subtle, but I tried to integrate a lot of iconography into the costume to kinda drive it home. Also! Fur. Lots of fur.

(Also see: The Vampire)

(Seems worth mentioning that I'll have art and prints in the Steamcon IV Art Exhibition this year, along with being on a number of panels about art, games, mummies, all that good stuff. Hope to see some of you there!)

You have such an incredible talent for coming up with designs. Love the details that brings forth her origin (the moon on her dress, the fur, etc) Also, great pose!
Well done!

This is gorgeous indeed. And all the details really drive it home.

Am I the only one who noticed that her index finger was the longest? That's awesome. You really outdid yourself on that one.

I love the combo of the streamlined military style with the more recognizable Victorian draping and bustle - and how you've got military (I think?) details on the skirt itself. I'm not a big werewolf fan, but she's pretty fab, especially those patches above her eyes.
